Founded in 1999, BBPM Project Management is an established team of diversified project management professionals specializing in the administration of institutional and public sector projects.

These projects have encompassed new construction, renovations, additions and fit-ups or simply preparation of initiation documents. Functional areas have included office fit-ups, mechanical & electrical upgrades, food services, housing, auditoriums, parking lots, administrative areas, laboratories and numerous specialized projects, including multi-function rooms and computer access centers. BBPM also has a great deal of experience integrating programming, site selection, master planning, sustainability and value engineering into its projects.

Our clear understanding of building systems and information technologies allows us to add value to your project. BBPM's coordination of these disciplines, from initiation to preplanning through to design and implemetation and completion, is thorough and effective. Our team's diversified experience means that we provide an expanded range of project-related services, as well as an integrated, customized and responsive project delivery mechanism.

All of our senior team members are professionally affiliated with other construction related disciplines; providing additional value added accountability to our project management services. We have a wide range of professional experience, including: architecture, mechanical engineering, civil engineering, interior design, civil technology, faciliation, change management, planning, programming, procurements, fit-up, equipment and furniture moves, staff relocations, infrastructure integration and building construction.

BBPM will assign a senior manager to each assignment. All staff will have an identified back-up team member who is kept current of project issues and status.

Our firm has many years of experience working together on projects, and together has over 150 years of experience in the management, design and construction of quality, cost effective facilities.
